WHAT A WONDERFUL, POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
A very sweet, calm, cool and professional young woman, Zakiya, answered the phone. She listened to my overly dramatized version of my predicament and said, "We have a technician close to your home -- he should be able to be there between 4:30 and 5 p.m." She also said she would call me if there were any change in the time of arrival. A very short time later the phone rang -- it was Zakiya saying the tech was on his way and informed me of his name. I was so happy but still had reservations about what kind of technician would show up. Well, my fears were for nothing. A very short time after I hung up the phone, a CLEARLY marked truck showed up. He came up the driveway smiling, looking very neat and clean and fully in charge of the job and ready to get it done. REMEMBER, this was at the end of his work day! He explained what he was going to do -- how much it would cost if I were responsible for the bill -- and that he had some paperwork for me to sign in any case. Before I knew it -- he was asking me to flush the toilet -- run water in the tub ... everything was draining and working like it should. WHAT A WONDERFUL, POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
